5. Taxi Service

 

5.1. The Taxi Service is provided to User only for personal, non-commercial use, allowing Users to arrange transportation and schedule transportation.

 

5.2. The Administrator, on a contractual basis, grants the Partners access to the User's order information. sehelli's partners provide services to users upon acceptance of the order. The Administrator will not be responsible or assume any liability to Users for the services provided by Taxi Partners and does not give any guarantees to Users for the quality of these services.

 

5.3. 5.4. 5.5. 6. Limitations on the use of the Service sehelli

 10. Final Provisions

 

 

 

 10.1. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and international law. Cases other than those organized under this Agreement shall be settled in accordance with the applicable legislation of all branches of the Sehelli Group

 

 10.2. All possible disputes arising from the relations governed by this Agreement shall be settled in the manner prescribed by the applicable legislation of international law in the place of residence of the Administrator. Throughout the text of this Agreement, unless expressly provided otherwise, the term “legislation” shall refer to the legislation of Mauritania

 

 10.3. Given the free use of the sehelli service, the consumer protection rules, which are stipulated in the legislation of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and the countries that have branches of the sehelli company, cannot be applied to the user-administrator relations.

 

 10.4. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as the establishment between User and Administrator of agency relationships, assignments, corporate relationships, and relationships in connection with joint activity, employment, or any other relationship, not expressly set forth in the Agreement.

 

 10.5. In the event that one or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid or have no legal effect for any reason, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of the Agreement.
